Lido Key

A peaceful barrier island just 4 miles from Salt & Serenity, with pristine Gulf beaches, wildlife sanctuaries, and easy access to world-class dining.

Lido Key is a serene barrier island on Florida's Gulf Coast, connected to the mainland by a bridge from downtown Sarasota and home to some of the area's most beloved beaches. The main stretch of Lido Beach spans more than 3,000 feet of white quartz sand, with lifeguards, a beachfront pavilion, kayak launch, and stunning Gulf sunsets that draw visitors year after year.

Beyond the beach, Lido Key is home to Save Our Seabirds wildlife sanctuary, the Mote Marine Laboratory & Aquarium on adjacent City Island, and Ken Thompson Park — a waterfront gem with mangrove boardwalks, kayak launches, and a fishing pier. St. Armands Circle, one of Florida's most iconic outdoor shopping and dining districts, sits at the heart of the island and is a destination in its own right.
